Why We're Hiring

We’re looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join Complex! As a member of the Merchandising team, you will work closely with various departments within the company and be responsible for Commerce merchandising project management, facilitation and business planning, and own communication and processes while exercising project controls. The Project Manager must plan and demonstrate a cohesive understanding of the deliverables, tasks, dependencies, team resourcing, calendars and process. In addition, the PM must constantly assess project risks and communicate contingency plans to the necessary stakeholders.

What You'll Do

    • Connect and facilitate meetings and sessions across the retail commerce teams. 
    • Create and manage strategic framework across teams with information sharing tools and project management support
    • Develop and own an accurate project timeline, master project calendar, work-back schedules, and other documentation and specs as needed.
    • Establish and manage the highest level of project management process and tools. Establishing the standards of PM cross teams.
    • Understand key retail project milestones and keep the team on track to reach them.
    • Manage stakeholder relationships.
    • Drive and support employee and team development. Managing workshops and partnering with our People team to drive team growth.
    • Ensure all meetings have clear agendas, meeting recap notes, and actionable next steps.
    • Ensure real-time communication within respective project teams and stakeholders.

Who You Are

    • Strong experienced Sr. Project manager that thinks strategically and works well under pressure.
    • Demonstrated experience running large engagements and integrated projects.
    • Experience with various project types including, retail planning, web, mobile, video, and brand.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple team members across departments (sales team members, graphic designers, leadership team members, engineers, etc).
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Superb attention to detail, good judgment, and listening skills.
    • Strong expertise of Air Table will be a major plus.
    • Awesome attitude and passion for Complex’s products and creativity.

$90,000 - $105,000 a year
The Pay Range, which consists of salary and commission, for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Complex Total Rewards offerings for employees.
