Responsibilities

CloudLinux is a global, remote-first company. We are driven by our principles: do the right thing, employees first, we are remote first, and we deliver high-volume, low-cost Linux infrastructure and security products that help companies to increase the efficiency of their operations. Every person on our team supports each other and does what we can to ensure we are all successful.

At TuxCare, a brand of CloudLinux, we build solutions that help organizations secure and extend the life of their critical systems. With our Extended Lifecycle Support for Languages, we provide ongoing security updates and vulnerability patches for end-of-life versions of popular programming languages such as PHP, Python, Java, etc. This allows enterprises to maintain stable application environments without forced migrations, reducing operational risk and cost.

Our mission is to simplify long-term support for legacy technologies, keeping them secure, compliant, and production-ready.

  • Continuously monitor CVE feeds, exploit chatter, and customer telemetry to rank vulnerabilities by risk, turning them into a clear, data-driven backlog for Engineering.
  • Collaborate intimately with clients to understand their business processes, data challenges, and demonstrate how the value of our solutions can secure their operations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Management, Client Success, and Sales to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
  • Leverage expertise in language runtimes, package managers, and CI/CD pipelines to guide tooling and architecture for rapid, reliable patch delivery.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in secure-development and system reliability by creating compelling blueprints and measuring their impact.
  • Translate complex technical designs and system capabilities into clear value propositions that resonate with both technical and business stakeholders.
