Sr. Advisor, HR Organizational Development

What you’ll achieve
In this role, you'll work alongside senior Organizational Development professionals on critical projects that transform our business. You'll analyze organizational structures, responsibilities, and work processes to identify and implement changes that simplify our operating model and support our talent strategy.


You will:

  • Partner with Business and HRBPs: Work closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners to deliver top-tier talent solutions. You will learn how the business operates first hand and work with other OD professionals to identify the talent focus areas within our transformation plans. 

  • Assess Organizational Structure: Conduct thorough assessments of our current organizational structure to identify areas for improvement. Your recommendations will be crucial in helping us achieve our business objectives and streamline our operations.

  • Collaborate with COEs and other organizations:  You will partner with key HR and business functions to build out solutions that support a culture of develop once, and replicate often

Essential Requirements

  • Human Resource (HR) professional with 5 to 8 years of knowledge of OD methodologies

  • Ability to partner on change management methodologies across multiple stakeholders

  • Organizational and project/program management skills.  Ability to follow assignments through to completion with a bias towards execution

  • Prior HRBP/HR Generalist in the technology industry. Managing a variety of multi-faceted programs, including, but not limited to organizational development, talent development, compensation planning, retention management, succession planning and Talent Management leadership steeped in transformation and change

  • Experience with business context of the technology industry - Sales, Services, Engineering, Supply Chain

Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $122,400 - $158,400.
