How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The Incumbent will support management by effectively delivering the full recruitment lifecycle while also providing administrative support for talent acquisition operations. The incumbent will also support the planning, organizing, implementation, and administration of the company’s programs, policies, procedures, and projects related to recruitment as required and promote Air Liquide's safety and quality practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition Support

  • Administer the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

  • Support managers on issues related to the definition of their needs and the recruitment, selection and hiring processes

  • Support creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various roles.

  • Manage communication with candidates in both English and French throughout the hiring process.

  • Assist in onboarding activities, such as orientation scheduling, processing new hire packets, and addressing new hire’s first day questions.

  • Keep abreast of current trends in recruitment and the job market: best practices, industry trends , leading edge selection tools

  • Identify opportunities to leverage the Talent Acquisition System to improve the efficiency of the recruitment process and maximize the candidate experience

  • Develop and manage recruitment campaigns using social media, job boards, and internal referral programs in collaboration with the marketing team

Administrative Support

  • Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining recruitment trackers, process data in HR systems, and preparing recruitment-related presentations.

  • Support Recruitment team projects by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing materials.

  • Monitor and manage the recruitment email inbox, responding to candidate inquiries promptly.

  • Liaise with external recruitment agencies and vendors to ensure smooth collaboration.

  • Prepare regular recruitment statistics and reports, including analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and improve the time to fill metrics.

  • Liaise with the human resources team in relation to employee orientation and onboarding.

Talent Development

  • Performance Management Support: Assist with performance review processes and tracking employee development, considering the specific requirements of healthcare roles.

  • Learning & Development Coordination: Help to organize and administer training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth within the healthcare landscape.

  • Succession Planning: Contribute to the identification and development of high-potential employees for future leadership roles within Air Liquide Home Healthcare.

  • Employee Engagement Initiatives: Support programs that foster a positive and productive work environment, recognizing the unique challenges and rewards of working in healthcare.

Are you a MATCH?

REQUIRED EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

  • College Diploma or University degree with a focus on Human Resources or equivalent 

  • 1-2 years of progressive recruitment experience, (preferably within the healthcare industry)

  • Working towards CHRP designation is a plus 

  • Fluency in English and French, spoken and written, required 

  • Strong computer skills/proficiency in Google applications

  • Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition Systems

  • Excellent understanding of organization branding/marketing via social media platforms and employer of choice positioning

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.

  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to team success.

  • Perseverance as a recruiter and determination as a talent hunter.
