You will:
• Oversee the collection of required documents to ensure compliance with onboarding procedures

• Address and resolve various onboarding challenges, providing support to candidates throughout the process

• Draft contracts and internal addendums

• Support senior team members & leadership in TA activities

• Work on sourcing candidates for professional positions

Essential Requirements
•Ongoing undergraduate course work
•Very good organizational and excellent communications skills
•Ability to prioritize and maintain organization in day-to-day activities  
•Ability to follow process, policies and practices to achieve consistency and compliance

• Advanced level of English

Desirable Requirements
•Ability to communicate well with senior level team members
•Collaboration skills
•Data management
