Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly experienced Executive Researcher who specializes in talent identification and engagement of most sought-after executive talent across various disciplines. You will have a close partnership with Executive Recruiters, hiring partners, coordinators and any cross-functional partners needed to succeed.

Our team has an outsized impact opportunity for someone who has deep experience sourcing for executive level roles and driving all the front-end candidate funnel stages. You'll own hiring manager relationships across the entire organization, identify and engage leading experts in their respective fields, and partner with our recruiters and leaders to carefully scale and optimize our teams.

Ideally, we are considering candidates to work out of our San Francisco HQ, but may consider remote work.

In this role, you will:

  • Identify and engage top senior talent for confidential, executive roles at OpenAI

  • Partner with hiring teams to develop a deep understanding of our business's current and future hiring and develop sourcing strategies to fulfill those needs

  • Act as the initial touchpoint for your candidates, striving for exceptional experience and quick progress

  • In partnership with your Executive Recruiting partner, act as a thought-partner and advisor to hiring teams, including sharing talent market intelligence and candidate insights

  • Act as an ambassador for OpenAI when engaging with top talent
