Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and technical support to the Project Team to ensure flawless execution of projects. Support audit readiness by strictly adhering to the organization's SOP and department mentorship documents. Offer administrative support for site activation activities, helping to successfully implement the critical path for rapid site activations. Represent CRG personnel and apply local knowledge, organization systems, and sponsor directives to develop and review site lists. Act as a buddy during the onboarding phase and provide training to new staff as needed, ensuring a smooth transition and outstanding team integration. Qualifications Proven experience in administrative or technical roles within a research context. Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with audit processes and SOP adherence.
