Job Description
Your influential mission. You will...
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and ensure all project materials are ready for action.
- Support project managers with scheduling, resource planning, and tracking key milestones.
- Conduct requirements gathering, data analysis, and process mapping to guide project decisions.
- Maintain accurate documentation: meeting notes, reports, timelines, and status updates.
- Identify risks and help implement mitigation plans for smoother project outcomes.
- Facilitate clear communication across teams and external partners.
- Monitor project performance and manage changes to scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve challenges and meet project goals.
- Step in to support or temporarily replace PMs when necessary to ensure continuity.
- Contribute to process improvement by applying best practices and fresh ideas.

- Familiar with Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Skilled in organizing, multitasking, and managing multiple projects at once.

- Proficient in Monday.com, Jira, Copilot, and MS Office Suite.
- Effective communicator and team player with solid interpersonal skills.
- Resilient under pressure with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
