We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to support and manage the daily operations of various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders, tracking progress, and keeping projects on schedule and within scope. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor project timelines, tasks, and deliverables

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reports

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and documentation standards

  • Support budget tracking and resource allocation

  • Provide regular updates to project managers and senior leadership

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)

  • Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus
