As a Junior Trainer at Pontica Solutions, you'll play a key role in preparing new and current team members for success in a dynamic BPO setting. Collaborating closely with Senior Trainers and Operations, you'll help deliver impactful training sessions that empower employees with the skills they need. This position offers valuable hands-on experience, continuous development, and exciting opportunities for growth.
Your Responsibilities:
• Lead engaging training sessions in person and virtually
• Facilitate learning for individuals and groups across various topics
• Make sessions interactive using quizzes, activities, and practical examples
• Create a welcoming and inclusive space for learners
• Tailor your training style to suit different learning needs and audiences
• Bring energy, positivity, and clarity to every session
• Take an active role in onboarding by delivering clear and effective product training
Your Profile:
• Proficient in German and English (C1 level) – written and spoken
• Experienced in teaching or leading training sessions would be considered a plus
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups, with strong communication skills
• Naturally outgoing and energized by working with people
• Confident delivering both soft skill and basic tech training
• Passionate about learning and sharing knowledge
• Well-organized, dependable, and open to constructive feedback
