Senior UI/UX Designer

✅ Requirements:

✔️ 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX & Product Design

✔️ Exceptional aesthetic sense with the ability to craft harmonious color palettes, font pairings, and engaging creative layouts

✔️ Sharp attention to detail and a passion for visual excellence

✔️ Proven ability to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams

✔️ Passion for gaming

✔️ Understanding of HTML & CSS and adaptive markup basics

✔️ Experience designing interfaces for both complex systems - (e.g. dashboards, platforms) and marketing-focused products

✔️ Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and Design Thinking methodology

✔️ Hands-on experience with building and managing complex Design Systems

✔️ Proficiency in image retouching and creating graphic assets

✅ Responsibilities:

✔️ Collaborate with designers and art directors to bring to life visually stunning new projects

✔️ Create original design assets such as illustrations, icons, and UI components

✔️ Review and mentor junior designers, maintaining a high standard of creative output

✔️ Brainstorm and execute concepts that elevate product through visuals

✔️ Work efficiently with reusable components and Design Systems within Figma

✔️ Partner closely with Front-End developers and the wider design team to bring design into reality
