UX/UI Designer Internship (part-time, DPČ)

We're seeking a UX/UI Design Intern who will help us create great user experiences for our digital products.

What you will do together with our team: 

• Partnering with design experts and skilled developers to create, iterate, and maintain a robust library of UI components, design tokens, and interaction patterns. 
• Contributing to the creation of clear and concise design documentation, including style guides and code examples, for seamless adoption by the design and development teams. 
• Staying ahead of the curve on design trends and best practices relevant to design systems. 
• Conducting user research and usability testing to validate design decisions meet user needs. 
• Meeting with the team in our Prague studios at least two days per week, or client office on demand.

Must-have requirements: 

• Proficiency with Figma as the main design tool (component creation, prototyping, UI design). 
• English level B2+ sufficient to communicate design requirements, solutions, and feedback in a clear and professional way in both written and spoken word. 
• Precision, attention to detail, team spirit, reliability, and a strong will to learn.

Bonus points if you have: 

• A solid grasp of UI/UX design principles. 
• Good communication and collaboration skills. 
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset, eager to learn and contribute from day one. 
• Czech level B2+ sufficient to communicate design requirements, solutions, and feedback in a clear and professional way in both written and spoken word.
