The Impact
As a Presentation Designer Specialist, you will play a key role in elevating the visual quality and effectiveness of our consulting deliverables. You will collaborate with global consulting teams and senior stakeholders to develop visually impactful, client-ready materials that clearly communicate complex concepts. Your expertise in design, branding, and data visualization will help us deliver consistent, high-quality outputs that align with our brand and support strategic messaging.

Key Responsibilities
Design, create, and format advanced-level deliverables (PowerPoint, Word, infographics, newsletters) that support global consulting teams.
Transform complex data and draft content into clear, accurate, and visually engaging materials using storytelling and data visualization techniques.
Confidently interact with senior consultants and internal clients to understand communication needs and deliver polished outputs with minimal supervision.
Ensure consistency with S&P’s brand guidelines by applying correct color schemes, layouts, templates, and visual standards.
Incorporate data from Excel into ThinkCell charts and create graphics with Adobe Illustrator (or similar), ensuring proper use of icons, photography, and whitespace.
Produce marketing materials and support business development initiatives.
Mentor junior team members by providing constructive feedback, sharing best practices, and supporting their skill development.
Contribute to internal initiatives that build team culture and enhance the presentation development practice.
What We’re Looking For
A collaborative, proactive team player who enjoys working closely with others to achieve excellent outcomes.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders.
Passionate about visual communication, storytelling, and the role of design in strategy and consulting.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint (templates, formatting, automation), ThinkCell (chart creation, linking/editing data), and Adobe Illustrator (icon editing, custom graphics).
Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, especially for linking data into ThinkCell.
Demonstrated experience in visual consistency, template use, and brand alignment.
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., graphic design, communications, marketing, business, or a related discipline).
Required Experience and Capabilities
3+ years of experience developing slides and visual materials in a consulting or corporate environment.
Experience with top-tier consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Strategy&, Oliver Wyman, or similar) preferred.
Strong portfolio of presentation, infographic, and visual communication work.
English proficiency (written and verbal) required.
Experience working across multicultural, global teams in a remote setting.
