Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Performance Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. This role will be pivotal in driving sales effectiveness by managing territory assignments, maintaining performance dashboards and leaderboards, and administering sales rewards programs. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of sales processes and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Territory Assignment Management
    • Design, implement, and maintain fair and strategic sales territory assignments.
    • Collaborate with sales leadership to align territories with market potential and resource availability.
    • Monitor and adjust assignments based on performance trends and organizational changes.
  • Sales Performance Tracking
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor individual and team performance against KPIs.
    • Provide regular reporting and insights to sales leadership to support decision-making.
    • Identify performance trends and recommend actions to improve productivity.
  • Sales Leaderboards
    • Design and manage dynamic leaderboards to drive motivation and transparency.
    • Ensure data accuracy and timely updates to reflect real-time performance.
    • Partner with internal communications to promote leaderboard visibility.
  • Reward Program Administration
    • Support the design and execution of sales incentive and recognition programs.
    • Track eligibility, validate results, and coordinate reward distribution.
    • Analyse program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Sales Commission Administration
    • Support commission calculations, queries and analysis
    • Provide reporting on effectiveness of the commission programme

Maintain the commission system to ensure it incentivises and drives effective performance

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Team player with proven ability to work in a high-paced environment.
