The Trade Compliance Team supports and executes various control processes to ensure that our business is conducted in а compliant way.

What you’ll do as a Trade Compliance Professional:

  • Review and screenings of sales, customers and products for compliance with the applicable law and company policies

  • Release of orders on legal hold in the ERP systems

  • Investigation of potential restricted party list matches

  • Research and license determination of products before export

  • Compliance risk assessments of new customers

  • Communication and coordination with Sales, Credit, Product, Security, and other departments in EMEA

  • Communication with vendors about their products and Trade Compliance processes 

  • Participation in the trainings, organized by the company

  • Active and proactive learning  

What we are looking for:

  • Good knowledge of the written and spoken English language (B1 or higher) 

  • Good usage of MS office applications (especially MS Excel)

  • Experience in the field of Trade Compliance / AML / KYC / customs procedures is considered a strong advantage

  • Experience in working with SAP, SAP GTS is considered a strong advantage

  • Reliable, flexible, committed team-player 

  • Completed university education (preferably in the field of International Economic Relations, International Economics and Trade or a similar one)

  • Positive attitude and adaptability  

  • Communication and presentation skills
