Job Overview:

As an ICF lead (Informed Consent Form), you will work on, and lead the ICF delivery for projects under general supervision; serve as Single Point of Contact in assigned studies for the internal IQVIA study team (Site Activation Manager, Project Management team, Clinical trial Regulatory team and other departments as necessary) and external study team members regarding ICFs.

You will also ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, quality of designated deliverables and project timelines.

You will manage the ICF development activities at global and country level, along with performing and reviewing the global master and country ICF documents for completeness and accuracy. You will follow up on the progress and development of global and country teams and make sure to deliver the ICF at the agreed timepoint.

You will keep the global study team updated about the progress on your assigned studies and will provide expertise to assigned project team members during initial and on-going project ICF activities.

You may also act as an SME on specific subjects and mentor junior ICFL.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science or related field

  • Minimum 3 years’ prior experience in Life Sciences or similar

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Ability to negotiate and have strong communication skills 

  • Ability to work on multiple projects

  • Knowledge of applicable functional/regulatory requirements, including SOPs and ICH/GCP
