About the role
The role will support all aspects of the international trade and third-party risk management compliance teams activities like:
Compliance with applicable international sanctions regimes (US, EU, UK, UN).
Compliance with applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations (FCPA/UKBA/Sapin II, others).
Various operational, administrative, analytical, and project-related tasks to ensure that the overall Ethics & Compliance program objectives are met.
Daily challenges
- Sanctioned parties screening, evaluation of on-hold business partners and transactions.
- Maintenance of compliance documentation, instructions, manuals.
- Research and analysis of applicable laws and regulations.
- Drafting of compliance opinions and guidance to various business stakeholders.
- Perform anti-corruption and reputational due diligence on third parties as per DXC internal policies and processes.
eXperience and skills required
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, International Trade or Finance
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related practice area
- Experience with third-party due diligence tools (e.g. Exiger)
- Experience with sanctions screening tools (e.g. SAP GTS, MKDenial)
