Responsibilities
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The Quality Coordinator works in support of the Quality Department in relation to needs that have a direct impact on the operational performance of the Regions with respect to customer questionnaires for the validation of our performance as a service provider. Reporting to the Senior Quality Manager, the Quality Coordinator will support the regions in a number of mandates and responsibilities, and will also be responsible for updating IMS and Intelex documentation.Key Responsibilities
Management, support and training for sales coordinators in each region, for the compliance of customer questionnaires and for their validation of compliance as a service provider;
Management of customer non-conformities reported in Intelex
Support operations as a power user for updating employee profiles and reassigning Intelex tasks
Support for documentation management and updating of current versions of the Division's Documentation process
Support in document management of Airgas documents and ensure harmonization with our Divisional document process
General support to the HSEQ department in monitoring the Division's key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting to Airgas.
Support and participate in internal Quality audits related to our ISO 9001, FSSC 22001 certifications...
Support and follow-up of internal and external audit action plans to ensure timely implementation.
Support validation processes for external agencies, such as Health Canada.
Support for risk management documentation processes such as Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) and Preliminary Risk Assessments (PRA).
Support for documentation processes relating to training, E-Learning modules and external training service providers.

Are you a MATCH?
Qualifications and requirements:
Degree: BA or certification in Occupational Health and Safety and/or Quality
1 to 3 years' relevant experience in an HSEQ environment or equivalent academic background.
Excellent computer skills and mastery of Google Apps
Ability to manage priorities and meet assigned deadlines
Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and French, in order to work with all teams in Canada and the U.S.
Ability to work as part of a team.
