Advising employees on safe practices and minimising risk across site operations
Conducting site safety inspections, emergency drills, and supporting statutory audits
Coordinating training, toolbox talks, and upskilling sessions for staff

Supporting facilities administration, liaising with contractors and managing maintenance works
Reporting and tracking accidents, near misses, and corrective actions
Working closely with key departments to create and maintain a safe working environment

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar Health & Safety role within manufacturing, logistics, or FMCG
Strong understanding of H&S legislation (e.g. Health & Safety at Work Act 1974)
Confident communicator, capable of influencing at all levels

Experience handling facilities tasks and contractor liaison is highly desirable
A proactive, organised mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Why Apply?
A role where you'll truly make a difference to people's safety and wellbeing
Join a stable, values-led company with international presence
Direct involvement with site leadership and real opportunity to influence best practice
Salary of £38,000 - £42,000 depending on experience
