We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to add their structured and customer service brilliance for our Israeli office. You will be a part of the dynamic and supportive team and will work with key advertisers and agencies to support their campaigns on the full suite of Amazon ad products.
You will become the sought-out expert for all things marketing and product related, and by that becoming a strong influence power with our partners. Through your expertise you will advise on campaign planning through to creation and execution as well as endeavor towards reaching our clients marketing goals .


What you will be doing


    • Serve as external consultant for Amazon ad products by educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving product adoption.
    • Providing excellent client service for direct clients in each stage of the process: understanding customer needs and requirements, consulting over campaign set up and media solutions , overseeing internal account operations , optimization strategies, analysis and driving and measuring brand and performance metrics.
    • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings that will occur once per month on average.
    • Serving as the link of communication between key customers and internal and Amazon teams.
    • Attending Amazon courses and qualifications on products and services.
    • Playing an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

What will make you a good fit for this role

    • Very good experience with programmatic marketing and ad tech as well as proficiency with e-commerce marketing, CTV experience – advantage.
    • Previous background working with Amazon Ad Products - ADVANTAGE
    • Exceptional analytical skills and usage of tools (Advanced Excel, Html ,Google Suite, BI, Performance reports)
    • Very good knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising success metrics, and industry trends (performance marketing, full funnel management, retention, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM)
    • Very high communication and interpersonal skills with a propensity in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
    • Excellent organizational skills for prioritizing your work, focusing on impact and taking initiatives.
    • Good project management abilities and experience completing projects with minimal direction and with high attention to detail.
    • Very good ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines and aggressive targets.
    • Completely fluent in English and Hebrew.
