The skills and abilities you need
Proficiency in English (C1 or above)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented approach with a focus on precision and accuracy
Good time management and multitasking abilities
Willingness to learn and develop expertise in portfolio transfers
Adaptiveness to a rapidly changing environment
Bonus points
Previous experience in customer service or operations
Familiarity with portfolio transfers or stock market processes
Understanding of the fintech industry
What you'll do
Handle client inquiries specifically related to portfolio transfers via chat and email
Assist clients in understanding and completing the transfer process
Investigate and resolve issues related to portfolio transfers
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of transfer requests
Provide updates and feedback to clients regarding their transfers
Channel client feedback to improve processes and tools
