The skills and abilities you need

  • Proficiency in English (C1 or above)

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-oriented approach with a focus on precision and accuracy

  • Good time management and multitasking abilities

  • Willingness to learn and develop expertise in portfolio transfers

  • Adaptiveness to a rapidly changing environment

Bonus points

  • Previous experience in customer service or operations

  • Familiarity with portfolio transfers or stock market processes

  • Understanding of the fintech industry

What you'll do

  • Handle client inquiries specifically related to portfolio transfers via chat and email

  • Assist clients in understanding and completing the transfer process

  • Investigate and resolve issues related to portfolio transfers

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of transfer requests

  • Provide updates and feedback to clients regarding their transfers

  • Channel client feedback to improve processes and tools
