Client Services Manager with French
Main Responsibilities:
• Answering customer queries via phone, chat and email regarding the company's products and services;
• Offering additional products and services;
• Proposing solutions to customers tailored to their needs;
• Maintaining an up-to-date customer base and working with CRM system.
