The Role:
As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our operations. This position is not for the faint-hearted but for a seasoned professional who has a track record of effectively managing complex client relationships and resolving issues with finesse and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the highest levels of performance and client satisfaction.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of managers, instilling proactive and efficient management practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, managing and enhancing relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring operational excellence across the board.
- Adapt and thrive within the Pontica culture, promoting a flexible working style and approach.
Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 3 years in a similar Operations Management role within the outsourcing or related industry.
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing positions and robust relationship management.
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams at a high level, including other managers.
- Self-sufficient, proactive, and capable of making high-stakes decisions swiftly and effectively.
- Must be eager to embrace and enrich the distinctive culture at Pontica, showing a high degree of adaptability and a collaborative approach
