We are currently seeking a Client Service Associate to join our growing team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our clients receive top-tier support and guidance throughout their journey with Nexmos Design. You will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction, managing expectations, and maintaining strong long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

  • Build and maintain positive client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards

  • Assist in preparing client reports, proposals, and presentations

  • Gather client feedback and relay it to the appropriate teams for continuous improvement

  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates effectively to clients

  • Uphold a client-first attitude and foster trust and loyalty

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar role

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet tight deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools

  • Highly organized and customer-oriented mindset
