We are currently seeking a Client Service Associate to join our growing team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our clients receive top-tier support and guidance throughout their journey with Nexmos Design. You will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction, managing expectations, and maintaining strong long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Build and maintain positive client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
Assist in preparing client reports, proposals, and presentations
Gather client feedback and relay it to the appropriate teams for continuous improvement
Monitor project progress and communicate updates effectively to clients
Uphold a client-first attitude and foster trust and loyalty
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field
1-3 years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar role
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools
Highly organized and customer-oriented mindset
