We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service, manage front desk responsibilities, and support daily administrative operations with efficiency and poise.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner

  • Answer incoming calls, direct calls, and take messages

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

  • Schedule appointments and assist with meeting room coordination

  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed

  • Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information about the company

  • Ensure security procedures are followed for guest access

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)

  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

  • Friendly, approachable attitude and a service-oriented mindset
