Beloform is seeking a Call Center Representative to provide high-quality customer service and support through incoming and outgoing calls. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests and provide support
Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency
Document all interactions accurately in the system
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and procedures
Meet performance goals related to call handling, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software
