Beloform is seeking a Call Center Representative to provide high-quality customer service and support through incoming and outgoing calls. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally

  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests and provide support

  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency

  • Document all interactions accurately in the system

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and procedures

  • Meet performance goals related to call handling, resolution time, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software

  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
