We are looking for a detail-oriented and professional Customer Service Officer to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This role is vital in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing timely support. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in representing our company’s commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and accuracy

  • Provide detailed product and service information to clients

  • Resolve issues and complaints promptly while maintaining a positive attitude

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Work closely with internal teams to escalate and follow up on customer concerns

  • Monitor service requests and ensure all follow-ups are completed efficiently

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to customer support

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus

  • Previous experience in customer service or related role preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and office software
