Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and accuracy
Provide detailed product and service information to clients
Resolve issues and complaints promptly while maintaining a positive attitude
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Work closely with internal teams to escalate and follow up on customer concerns
Monitor service requests and ensure all follow-ups are completed efficiently
Assist with administrative tasks related to customer support
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
Previous experience in customer service or related role preferred
