Job Description

The Workforce Planner plays a key role in aligning business demand with employee availability by ensuring timely and accurate staffing decisions. This position requires close collaboration with both commercial and delivery stakeholders to qualify new opportunities, identify suitable profiles, and track staffing progress. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication and coordination skills with a structured and analytical approach, contributing directly to operational efficiency and workforce optimization across the country.

 

Key Responsibilities

· Qualifies new business opportunities from a staffing requirements perspective

· Identifies the most suitable candidate profiles based on demand and required skills

· Maintains and develops relationships with internal stakeholders, including Client Partners, Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Country Heads, Local Heads, and Discipline Leads

· Collaborates with Commercial Representatives to track the progress of staffing proposals and uncover new staffing needs

· Updates the internal workforce planning system with submitted staffing proposals

· Ensures accurate and up-to-date employee profiles are uploaded in Endava Workforce Acceleration (EWA), including newly acquired skills based on recent project experience

· Tracks staffing opportunities and submitted proposals using internal tracking tools

· Clarifies technical requirements with Discipline Representatives when needed

· Organizes and moderates recurring meetings with Discipline stakeholders and Country-level planning representatives

· Participates in daily stand-ups and other team meetings within the Workforce Planning team

· Supports the Country Head with ad-hoc reports and insights related to their assigned discipline

Qualifications

· Previous experience as a Workforce Planner is highly desired

· Experience working in an IT company

· Good understanding of IT concepts and technologies is considered a strong plus

· Strong analytical and reporting skills

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities

· Proactive attitude with a strong customer focus

· Excellent organizational and coordination skills

· Solid communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience working across functions

· Project management experience is an advantage

· Advanced Excel skills and experience with internal tracking/reporting tools

· Fluency in English (written and spoken)
