We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Client Service Associate to join our growing team in Birmingham, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting client relationships, resolving inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction with our services. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, and committed to delivering top-tier service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

  • Manage day-to-day communication to ensure client needs are addressed in a timely manner

  • Coordinate with internal departments to deliver solutions and updates

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service details

  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer care

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through the initial process

  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve client experience

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service, account management, or customer support

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
