Reporting Specialist

Currently, we are looking for a Reporting Specialist to join our highly motivated and inspired global team in Zentiva.

What Would Be Your Main Responsibilities

• Support system-based data collection from local teams and timely preparation of information for regular reporting, both internal (management reporting) and external (statutory financial consolidation).
• Collect and review financial reporting packages from subsidiaries for compliance with Group accounting policies.
• Prepare regular management reports and perform ad hoc financial analyses to support cross-department decision-making.
• Maintain and enhance the consolidation reporting package for legal entities, ensuring data accuracy through regular and ad hoc analysis. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements, including IFRS disclosures for year-end reporting.
• Develop and improve Power BI dashboards in collaboration with IT; gather requirements from business stakeholders.
• Ensure Power BI performance, data quality, and alignment with business goals; provide documentation and user training.
• Reconcile data across systems (Board, Power BI, ExMon, SAP) to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Provide clear guidance and support to country and Group users, addressing any queries or challenges related to financial reporting.

Systems and processes

• Lead enhancements to the Group consolidation tool (Board) and related reporting technologies, including Power BI; ensure optimal configuration for accurate data integration, streamlined reporting, and alignment with financial best practices.
• Design and implement efficient, standardized data collection and reporting processes across group subsidiaries, leveraging Power BI for real-time insights, improved data validation, and automation where possible.
• Collaborate with local and HQ finance teams to evaluate and implement changes in Group accounting policies and systems, ensuring seamless transitions and consistent reporting across platforms, including Power BI and Board.

We Need You To Have

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Consolidation Experience: Knowledge of Group consolidation principles and intragroup profit elimination is a plus.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP ERP, consolidation tools and financial accounting (IFRS). Power BI/Tableau experience is a plus.
• Excel Skills: Advanced MS Excel user.
• Deadline Management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Analytical & Organizational Skills: Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Communication & Collaboration: Effective communicator with the ability to build networks and work cross-functionally.
