The Position

The Business Services Lead is handling the Business Services Team (BST) within the Finance & Business Services Chapter and partners with internal and external stakeholders on a continuous basis ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction, as well as efficient, sustainable and compliant operations, processes and solutions. Business Services Lead works in close collaboration with other business support functions to execute assigned business processes, including the Procurement Team and Office Admin Team (within the Finance & Business Services chapter), and the two Event & Admin Coordinators (allocated to the Business Value and Strategy and Medical Affairs chapters respectively).

Your Impact

- Understand end user requirements and determine the best way of delivering business solutions and driving value and impact.

- Ensure efficiency of end-to-end processes supporting internal stakeholders in preparation, execution, monitoring, compliance, data analysis and cost reporting.

- Identify and implement process improvements, and drive sustainable and compliant internal processes, services and solutions.

- Ensure customer focus, effective work prioritization, resource allocation and execution of all requests based on urgency and impact.

- Ensure proper Transparency data quality and reporting jointly with the Event & Admin Coordinators and under the overall guidance and supervision of Compliance.

- Support team in inspections and audit documentation preparations.

- Ensure financial compliance and correct accounting treatment of activities, e.g. ensuring transactions are posted to correct cost centers and accounts.

- Act as a transparent and reliable point of contact for Squad Leads in relation to PVC costs.

- Prepare, track and handle various business related administrative tasks (inquiries, purchase requisitions, contracts, invoice handling, business partner master data management), using relevant business related systems.

Who you are

- You hold a university degree of relevant field

- You bring previous experience (3-5 years) in procurement, business process management or office administration (Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical industry would be desirable, general knowledge of medical/scientific terminology) is an asset

- You have proven track record of building strong, effective and sustainable relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders with assertive and impactful communication style

- You have excellent prioritization skills, accuracy, ability to multitask and meet deadlines with strong analytical and systems thinking, focused, organizational, problem solving and conflict resolution skills

- You demonstrate the ability to drive process improvement and manage change with agile skills and flexibility, inner drive and easy adaptation to changes 

- Experience with enterprise systems and different business tools, strong IT navigation skills - fast learner in new technologies

- You have string leading & influencing skills and experienced in working effectively in cross-functional settings

- You have growth mindset - ability to learn quickly, take risks and experiment, and contribute to the learning cycle by sharing knowledge with others

- You are fluent in local language and proficient in English
