Responsibilities

Product Manager, Agents Platform

We have the conviction that agents will be the most impactful application of AI. We want to create the tool stack and models to enable businesses and developers to safely automate work through agents. This means that our platform needs to help customers define and evaluate agent behavior, grant safe access to actions and data, and deploy agentic applications across relevant surfaces.

The role is perfect for someone who excels at shaping the 0-to-1 vision, strategy and products of new platforms. The ideal candidate will evidence a mix of deep developer and enterprise empathy, and possess the technical depth and curiosity to collaborate closely with research and engineering teams.

In this role, you will:

  • Shape and build the key components of our nascent platform to build agents.

  • Be responsible for defining and delivering key agent build blocks such as orchestrating models and tools, guardrails and human interventions, and allow teams to inspect and improve those agent applications.

You might thrive in this role if you:

  • Have experience building 0-to-1 high quality software products with the world best startups and enterprises.

  • Are technically deep and curious, including for AI models and tool stack.

  • Have strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills.
