As an Inside Partner Business (iPBM), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily business and long-term continuity in our partner relationships together with a strong team of business professionals. The purpose of the role is to support the Partner Business Managers and their assigned partners to develop their printing and PC business. You will work closely with the Partners to support them in their daily business. It is key that you establish HP as the preferred vendor, by building and maintaining strong lasting relationships with all levels within the partners’ organization.

Together with the PBM you will be responsible for defining the strategic direction and support planning and execution. You will be the linking pin for the commercial activities, like: defining an effective commercial approach, coordinate training plan, manage deal support, roll out marketing & promotional activities, and ensures partner program readiness.

Your core talents include building and maintaining strong relationships, being commercially oriented, and excelling at coordinating multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously. Additionally, your ability to establish a supportive work structure and work effectively within a team aligns well with this role.

Responsibilities:

PARTNERSHIP BUILDER. 

  • Develop and manage relationships on all levels within the partner organization.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day queries.

  • Work closely with the virtual teams both internal and external.

BUSINESS DEVELOPER.

  • Collaborate with Partner Business Managers to develop and execute partner business plans.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize results.

  • Implement HP promotions (inclusion in partner marketing, spiff days, etc.).

  • Plan, execute and attend events that promotes HP team feeling and loyalty.

  • Assist partner in the planning of sales and marketing activities.

ENABLER.

  • Foster a collaborative and supportive environment to enhance reseller loyalty and engagement.

  • Support partner in working with HP channel tools, promotions and programs

  • Support resellers in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

  • Proactively signaling and solving operational challenges in order to assure Ease of doing business with HP

  • Organizing training sessions both online and offline to educate and instruct (new) salespeople within the business partner

  • Ensure that all escalations are addressed promptly and effectively

  • University or bachelor’s degree.

  • Starter (few years working experience) preferable within a multinational

  • Fluency in both Dutch and English is an absolute requirement

  • Adept at using Microsoft office
