HP SEMA Personal Systems Team is looking for a Junior Business Analyst Apprentice m/f who is eager to learn and support the sales teams across the SEMA market on selected top deals. This role provides an excellent opportunity for early career professionals to work closely with market leadership teams and support on strategic growth initiatives on selected top deals. The role is responsible for supporting strategic projects within the end-user account space incl. development, implementation, and monitoring of plans. The role will predominantly support with project management tasks, financial reporting and help in defining KPIs and metrics to measure business performance. Responsibilities: Support the execution of priority projects with direction, aligned to business planning. Collect, create and update data sources supporting key stakeholders across the market. Manage timelines and keep deadlines to ensure a strong and smooth process of management. Collaborate with country teams, worldwide teams and market central teams to collectively drive business goal attainment. Support communication of the plan and progress to various stakeholders, including senior management. Who are you? Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Finance, Sales, Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros). Familiarity with MS Power BI is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail. Results-driven with strong learning agility. Proficient in business planning, data analysis, and market intelligence. Strong grasp of business and competitive intelligence. Curious, organized, and proactive. Strong communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English, French is a plus. Why joining HP France?
