We are a global Revenue Operations team with a presence in Pakistan, India and the Philippines. We support the commercial front-line team in the Order-to-Cash process by submitting quotes, generating contracts, and liaising with OTC teams such as legal, Order Management, Fulfillment, and Client Financial Relations.

The Revenue Operations team plays a critical role in optimizing revenue generation and enhancing the commercial buying experience. In this role, you will be responsible for improving the efficiency of the team, impacting the entire Commercial organization as well as enhancing the client experience.

Responsibilities:
- Pricing new sale and renewal quotes in Salesforce: Accurately determine pricing strategies in Salesforce, collaborating with sales teams to support their efforts in meeting client needs, particularly for strategic and high $ACV clients.
- Assisting internal partners in fixing starting and ending ACV in Salesforce to ensure accurate reflection in the sales and marketing dashboard of Power BI: Collaborate with internal partners to update and maintain accurate starting and ending ACV figures in Salesforce, facilitating effective reporting and analysis in Power BI.
- Leading cross-team and departmental projects aimed at reducing Order Return rates for CPQ quotes, managing suspensions, and addressing usage billing requests such as AMR PPV and Real-Time Premium exchange: Collaborate with various teams to identify and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and improve client satisfaction across these critical areas.
- Acting as a subject matter expert, contributing to the decision-making process around business strategy, and mentoring and training junior staff members: Provide strategic insights as an expert and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Leading the execution of day-to-day driven workflows while supporting the accomplishment of the team's deliverables: Oversee daily workflows, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and supporting team members in meeting their goals.
- Actively participating in team process improvement initiatives that support and facilitate the team: Engage in initiatives aimed at optimizing team processes and implementing best practices for improved productivity.
- Collaborating closely with internal partners to support and sometimes initiate data clean-up projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives: Work with stakeholders to address data quality issues and participate in UAT to ensure system updates meet requirements.
- Working with management to manage, improve, and socialize departmental processes for efficient team operations (deliverables tracking and metrics, assignment flows): Collaborate with management to refine processes and develop metrics that enhance team performance and accountability.
- Identifying gaps and developing mechanisms to provide operational support for new capabilities: Identify operational gaps and create processes to support the integration of new capabilities into existing workflows.
- Leading and participating in cross-functional projects that enhance operational efficiency and team collaboration: Lead and engage in projects that improve efficiency and foster collaboration across teams.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills for complex data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Expertise in Salesforce reporting and Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) functionalities, demonstrating the ability to leverage these tools for optimal sales performance.
- Proven experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that system updates and enhancements align with business requirements and user needs.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and delivering results.
- Meticulous attention to detail, self-motivated with a proactive approach, and a strong work ethic that drives excellence.
- Excellent analytical skills, capable of dissecting complex issues and developing innovative solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
