The PROS Summer Internship Program is a 10-week paid internship designed to provide challenging, hands-on work experience. You will be assigned both individual and team projects that will make a direct impact on the company. This will further develop your ability to problem solve and communicate. In addition, interns will be provided with ample learning opportunities, interaction with business leaders and engaging intern events. You will receive a mentor that provides frequent feedback on projects while helping you to build technical, analytical and leadership skills.

The 2025 Summer Internship program follows a hybrid schedule, Interns will be required to commute to our headquarters in Houston, Texas for a minimum of three days per week. A Day in the Life of a Professional Services Intern - About the role:
Collaborate with the Professional Services team to design and develop a customer-facing welcome packet.
Attend customer kickoff meetings and gain real-world experience and insights.
Contribute to projects that directly impact customer satisfaction and product success.
Develop sample project plans and artifacts to familiarize customers with standard processes.
Draft clear and concise content to guide customers through the implementation journey.
Gather feedback from team members and iterate on designs and content for continuous improvement.
Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
Required Qualifications – About you:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or MIS.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Experience with data analytics or reporting tools to gather insights and feedback on customer onboarding processes
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, user-friendly content.
