Objective
Support the Operations Continuous Improvement Analyst by helping to prioritize tasks, organize processes, and surface operational pain points through close engagement with internal teams. As part of the Hub talent incubator, this role is designed to onboard quickly and contribute fast. This person must be highly organized and able to document processes, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement across workflows.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about improving internal operations through structure, process, and insights.
Key Workstreams & Focus Areas
- 1. Prioritization & Feedback Loop
- Collect internal feedback from Sellers, CSMs, PMs, and other stakeholders.
- Identify common operational issues or pain points.
- Help the Ops Enablement Analyst prioritize automation opportunities based on urgency and impact.
- 2. Process Documentation & Onboarding
- Create clear, structured guides for every recurring task or process.
- Maintain internal documentation to enable quick onboarding (expected productivity in a few days).
- Promote a self-service culture within the Hub through detailed playbooks.
- 3. Help Desk – Content & Strategy
- Define response guides and FAQs for common internal queries.
- Identify what should be tracked and monitored within the Help Desk.
- Analyze help desk data (with Ops Enablement Analyst dashboards) to:
- Recommend training sessions based on recurring questions.
- Suggest task redesigns or improvements to reduce confusion.
- Flag documentation gaps.
- 4. Sales Help Desk Insights
- Review ticket and usage metrics.
- Identify user behavior trends or repeated requests.
- Collaborate with enablement or training teams to propose content or process changes.
Profile Requirements
- Academic Background: Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Economics, or Business with Analytics focus.
- Technical Skills: must be able to structure data, read dashboards, and communicate insights clearly.
- Soft Skills: Highly organized, strong attention to detail, fast learner, and excellent at creating guides or manuals.
- Mindset: Proactive, curious, and passionate about building operational clarity.
- Languages: Spanish, English (advanced)
