We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our administration team as a Workspace and Hospitality Partner. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Create an exceptional workplace experience and participate in sustainability initiatives in the office.
  • Drive engagement and culture - organize events, trainings, and team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Provide administrative excellence - handle a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and employee support.
  • Be the face of our company - welcome and support visitors, guests, and new employees, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Contribute to a positive employee experience - ensure the office is always equipped with essential supplies like daily catering (fruits and snacks), coffee, office stationaries, etc. Communicate and supervise the cleaning company daily.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, continuously seeking out new vendors and negotiating optimal terms.
  • Lead workplace improvement - proactively identify opportunities to enhance the office environment, implement new ideas, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across teams - work closely with HR, procurement, IT, and other departments to achieve shared goals.

  • Have experience in office coordination, administrative operations, or event organizations.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excel in interpersonal and communication skills in both Bulgarian and English, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Are proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exhibit a strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.
