Job Description:

Nexmos Design is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive leadership with daily operations and project coordination. This position requires a resourceful individual with excellent communication and time management skills, who can thrive in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize daily schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements

  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, expense tracking, and office coordination

  • Support project timelines and ensure deadlines are met

  • Respond to emails and communications on behalf of executives when needed

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

  • High level of discretion and reliability

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
