We’re looking for a Yield & Optimization Analyst to join our tight-knit Revenue Operations team. This role reports to the Director of Inventory and will focus on optimizing inventory and supporting high-impact, first-to-market digital media products.

As the gatekeeper of our evolving inventory landscape, you'll work to maximize revenue through data-driven analysis and strategic recommendations. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales and other Rev Ops functions like Campaign Management and Pricing & Planning.

This is a full-time position and is based at our office in New York City . 

As a member of our team, you will:

    • Work with management on assessing Vevo’s CTV inventory landscape for budgeting purposes and maximum revenue potential
    • Manage delivery of campaigns to various endpoints & ad servers to deliver maximum Yield and/or support revenue objectives  
    • Support Yield Management across all Vevo endpoints on a campaign by campaign basis  
    • Support the Programmatic team with insights & performance metrics to facilitate management of relationships with SSPs & technology partners  
    • Utilize several data sources to analyze performance & revenue opportunities for Programmatic & Direct sales in our CTV environment  
    • Report on key inventory trends that may affect pricing of packages and sell through and provide solutions on how to best optimize such inventory
    • Identify opportunities and implement solutions that increase the effectiveness and efficiencies of Vevo’s operations – including the development of tools, process and reports
    • Work with the Pricing & Planning team identify and track key metrics in order to inform our general go to market strategy & Programmatic pricing strategy 
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Programmatic Sales, Ad Tech, Ad Operations & Data Science to achieve revenue objectives

Requirements:

    • At least 1 year of Inventory, Yield or Pricing & Planning experience in the digital media industry
    • Proficient in Excel & Powerpoint
    • Working knowledge of Freewheel & Google Ad Manager preferred
    • Experience working with dynamic digital products such as: Programmatic Guaranteed, Private Marketplace & Open Auction

The pay for this position is: $65,000 per year. Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Transparency Law.

This is a full-time position based on-site/in our NYC headquarters. Vevo currently operates in a hybrid work model and requires all employees, who have not been designated as "remote" to be in the office/studio a minimum of 3 days a week.
