Overview:

We are seeking one experienced and qualified Internal Auditors to join our internal audit function. This role will focus on internal ISAE 3000 audits for IT services in highly regulated environments, including DORA, EBA, MaRisk, and NIS 2. The audits will be conducted against a proprietary IT Control Framework developed by Mitel to ensure compliance with these regulations. This is a quarterly audit role, requiring dedicated expertise in IT regulatory compliance. We seek an experienced auditor who are well-versed in ISAE 3000 audits and internal audit methodologies.

The role encompasses all aspects of the internal audit lifecycle – from annual audit planning, preparation, execution, reporting, and follow-up in alignment with the IDW PS 983 standard for internal audit functions. The position initially covers Mitel’s DACH business (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), with an extension to the EU business over time.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal and external (outsourced service providers) audits in line with ISAE 3000 standards.

• Develop and maintain audit policies, programs, procedures, and the internal audit code of ethics.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation in IT services through structured audits.

• Report audit findings and recommendations to top management of Mitel DACH (with future expansion to Mitel EU).

• Continuously improve the regulatory internal audit function, ensuring compliance with IDW PS 903 criteria.

• Coordinate and oversee the annual conformity audit of the internal audit function against IDW PS 983 by an external audit firm.

• Stay up to date with evolving regulatory requirements in IT services and contribute to best practices in internal auditing.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Law, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Professional Training: Qualified as an Auditor with relevant certifications.

• Accreditation: Recognized qualification for ISAE 3000 audits or internal auditing.

• Minimum 3 years in ISAE 3000/3400 auditing or internal auditing in accordance with international standards.

• Experience with IDW PS 983 preferred (training will be provided if necessary).

• Knowledge of cloud services and their regulatory implications.

• Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English is required; German is an asset.
