The Credit analyst takes a wide range of responsibilities to maintain collections operations within the Global CRG Credit Control Team. The position will assist in managing an assigned portfolio of Accounts Receivable, prioritizing collection of invoices and identifying / resolving any issues blocking payment, maintaining a shared mailbox and applying client payments. In addition, interact professionally with internal and external customers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Issue statements and pursue outstanding debts to ensure timely payments. Resolve complex client issues by liaising strictly with external clients and colleagues. Coordinate reconciliation of accounts receivables and identify cash flow risks. Provide accurate forecasting of accounts' receivable cash inflow. Prepare and present monthly accounts receivable reports for senior management. Coordinate and improve purchase order distribution and maintenance. Handle complex problems requiring in-depth analysis and strategic solutions. Maintain positive relationships internally and externally. Mentor junior staff and drive improvements in execution. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle sensitive information effectively. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and diligent skills. Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization. Collaborative mentality and ability to work with partners to achieve financial objectives. Previous experience in a senior credit control role preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience.
