As we continue to grow, we seek a Casino Reconciliation Coordinator to ensure the smooth execution and accuracy of our casino tournaments and promotions. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about gaming operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day rewarding of winners from promotions and tournaments, ensuring accuracy and timely payouts.
  • Conduct performance reviews of tournaments, analyzing key metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize future campaigns.
  • Assist with tournament and promotion setup, ensuring all mechanics are correctly implemented.
  • Provide quick fixes and troubleshooting for tournament and promotion-related issues as they arise.
  • Support other departments by answering queries related to promotion mechanics, potential winners, and ongoing campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough checks for abusive gameplay and fraudulent activities, ensuring a fair and transparent gaming experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in casino operations, risk management, customer support, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess performance data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Understanding of online gaming mechanics, promotions, and tournament structures.
