Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
- Prepare and update customer billing excel sheets.
- Perform invoice processing.
- Ensure billing adjustments of variable data to produce correct and complete billing.
- Provide the management team with timely and accurate reporting regarding performance metrics and actionable management information.
Requierements:
- Fluency in German language.
- Previous experience in adminitrative or customer support role.
- Proactive and self-motivated team player.
- PC literacy and a good command of English language.
- Organizational and analytical skills.
