What you’ll do?

  • Indexing all incoming AP taxable documents

  • Matching invoices with open and related receipts in ERP system

  • Books small Invoice variances in accordance with guidelines

  • Routing discrepant invoice details to the responsible associate in the local entity for resolution

  • Provides daily status report in relation to number of documents scanned and indexed and number of documents outstanding by category

  • Archive and returns original documents to the local entities in the prescribed format

  • Provides general assistance and support to the Team Leader

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Auditing

  • 1-2 years general working experience

  • Written and spoken English skills

  • Basic knowledge of MS Outlook

  • Intermediate knowledge of data entry

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Excellent detail orientation

  • Intermediate level of problem solving, judgment and research

  • Meets Deadlines/Time Management
