Job Description:
This job is responsible for moderately complex activities supporting the assignment, sourcing, gathering, furnishing and movement of financial and client information and data. Key responsibilities include fund setup, client identification data, pricing, and cost basis reporting. A Job expectations include providing quality service and effective operations support for internal business partners and external clients.
Responsibilities:

Line of Business Job Description:
The Institutional Retirement Onboarding and Maintenance group, within Wealth Management Operations, provides onboarding services for institutional clients in support of their employee retirement benefit plans. Products include Equity Stock Options and Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP). The Conversion Specialist works closely with an assigned Conversion Manager to facilitate the transfer of the client’s Equity and/or ESPP plan to the Bank of America proprietary platform. This can include the transition of demographic data, award details, and historical transaction records from the prior vendor to the Bank of America platform.
