Coface Bucharest Shared Services Center - a constantly growing team of young and enthusiastic experts, covers daily various processes and roles for Coface entities in several countries.

We have multiple teams of specialists, speaking French, English, German, Italian, Spanish and Romanian, responsible for running internal client operations at the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Job Description

Operational activities

The activities of the Invoicing team member are various and may include:

  • Invoice related activities as: issuing invoices and credit notes, creation of bonus/malus, turnover registration, dunning processes;
  • Commercial related activities as: notification to agent/broker, AM; Cofanet user management, claim related responsibilities;
  • Participates in the creation / update of Invoicing Standard Operating Procedures used by the SSC operational teams;
  • Participates in trainings and takes part in the transition process when required;
  • Processes the different types of requests received from the clients per E-mail or directly in the Ticketing Tools;
  • Offers continuous support and back-up to team members for processes and tools utilized;
  • Contributes to standardization and automation projects;
  • Any other activities required by the business need of the country served.

Bucharest is home to Coface’s Shared Service Centre for Accounting, CBO, KY, Factoring, BI & DC in the regions NER, WER, MAR and CER.

The SSC activities are directly linked to Coface’s group processes.

 

Qualifications

Skills:

  • Good oral and written expression and comprehension in the required language
  • Financial background required

  • Microsoft Package (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)

 

Experience:

 

  • Graduated or first practical experiences on the job in a comparable role
  • Experience in Credit Insurance industry or financial services preferred
  • Experience in an international environment and/ or Shared Service Center preferred

 

Languages:

 

  • Professional level in Spanish (at least B2 – C1)
  • Fluent in English

 

Education:

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or other relevant field
