Business Park Rojen is a German-owned enterprise established in 2007, specialized in providing customised warehousing space solutions and offices for rent. Strategically located next to the northern bypass highway of Sofia, only 10 minutes away from the city centre, complete with highly skilled management and operations teams to successfully handle its customers’ needs, the Business Park is an ideal place for development of business ventures. Our concern for our customers is the prime motivating force behind our success. The Business park’s electrical supply is generated by three of our privately owned substations with a capacity of 3.5 MW. Additionally, Business Park Rojen has a photovoltaic power station with 180 kW of capacity with a potential to be scaled up to 1.2 MW. Business Park Rozhen has developed a plan to set up a High Tech Hub in its premises. Our aim will be to build an innovative office building, based on the award-winning project created by Contraster Architects, which will accommodate companies from the Tech and IT industries. We are also looking to develop tailor-made testing facilities for tech and software development which can serve the needs of our customers.
