As a Graphic Designer at NAMA Recovery, you will play a critical role in shaping our brand identity and effectively communicating our mission to a broad audience. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that resonate with our target audience, enhancing our educational materials, and supporting our digital and print marketing efforts. Your creative expertise will help us engage with individuals on their path to recovery, ensuring that our message is both impactful and accessible. Key Responsibilities: Visual Content Creation: Design engaging and informative visual content for a variety of platforms, including websites, social media, brochures, newsletters, and educational materials. Brand Development: Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all visual touchpoints. Educational Material Design: Create clear and accessible designs for educational resources, ensuring that complex information about Methadone and OUD treatment is presented in an easily understandable format. Digital Marketing Support: Contribute to the design of digital marketing assets, such as social media graphics, email templates, and online ads, to increase brand awareness and support our outreach efforts. Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure that all designs align with our mission and effectively communicate our core messages. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a healthcare, educational, or nonprofit setting. Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. Ability to create both digital and print-ready designs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including examples of digital and print media. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on projects related to healthcare, addiction recovery, or mental health. Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
