<p>We're looking to expand our customer support team! This team is the first line of support for our customers at Circle. We respond to open support inquiries, solve complex problems, and work directly with our customers and internal teams to help find the best solutions to the trickiest challenges. We reaching the point of our journey where we now have a pretty robust support team of over 20 team mates spread across the entire globe, all aiming to make sure our customers are supported as Circle continues to grow.</p>
<p><strong>This is a 40hr/week full-time remote role based in APAC time zones.</strong></p>
<p><strong>After a 90-day training period, this role will have a set schedule of Tuesday-Saturday, with 8-hour shifts starting around 6:00pm, +/- 2 hours, Eastern Time (GMT-5).</strong></p>

<p>In October 2024, our team released an exciting new extension of Circle: Marketing Hub. We're now looking to expand the Marketing Hub team with a new Senior Full-stack engineer as we aim to make Circle the top choice for creator/brand-led communities. You'll be working on features related to CRM, marketing, member sign-up/authentication, and workflows.</p>
<p>In this role, you will partake in all stages of the development lifecycle, from initial task definition to final deployment. As a senior engineer, you'll break down large epics into actionable tasks, follow through with development and testing, review PRs, push updates to production, and gradually release behind feature flags. <p>We are looking for an FP&amp;A Analyst to join our growing finance team at Circle. Over the past year, we’ve built a strong foundation of data and reporting that gives us critical visibility into our business.</p>
<p>This role will be instrumental in building dashboards, conducting ad-hoc analyses, supporting financial modeling, and providing decision support to stakeholders across the company. The FP&amp;A Analyst will work closely with our FP&amp;A lead and the Head of Finance, collaborating with teams across the organization to drive financial insights that shape our strategy.</p>
<p>This is an opportunity to work in a high-impact role, gain exposure to leadership, and develop deep technical and analytical skills in a fast-growing SaaS business.</p>
<h2>What you’ll be doing</h2>
<ul>
<li>Work with BI tools to build dashboards and reports for key stakeholders across the company.</li>
<li>Perform ad-hoc analyses that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Support financial modeling efforts, including scenario analysis and maintaining our core financial model to reflect changes in business performance.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to provide financial insights.</li>
<li>Identify and automate recurring reporting tasks to improve efficiency.</li>
<li>Support annual budgeting and and quarterly forecasting processes.</li>

<h2>What you’ll need to be successful</h2>
<ul>

<li>You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a <a href="https://magoosh.com/english-speaking/english-proficiency-levels-a-guide-to-determining-your-level/">CEFR Level C2</a> / <a href="https://www.govtilr.org/">ILR Level 5</a>.</li>
<li>1-3 years of experience in FP&amp;A, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical field.</li>
<li>Experience working with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling best practices.</li>
<li>Willingness to develop advanced technical skills (financial modeling, SQL, etc.).</li>
<li>Coachable, honest, accountable, and a self-starter.</li>
<li>Insatiable curiosity with a desire to understand how the business operates.</li>
<li>Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial insights into strategic actions.</li>
<li>High attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.</li>

<p>We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Legal Counsel who excels in a fast-paced environment and can provide practical and solution-based guidance to help drive business outcomes. As the first hire, you will hold a broad range of responsibilities providing legal guidance on product development and new programs and managing compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have some experience in product counseling, regulatory compliance, or privacy law, but also be eager to learn and master new areas of the law.</p>

<h2>What you'll be doing</h2>
<ul>
<li>Draft, review, and maintain foundational documents for our products and services such as terms of use, product and support policies, and customer contracts and disclosures.</li>
<li>Act as a key point of contact to the Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Support teams for questions arising during the RFP stage, contract negotiation and renewals, customer onboarding or other changes in the product releases and GTM function that may have implications for the way we interact with our customers.</li>
<li>Support Circle’s privacy program compliance, including maintaining GDPR compliance, and improve the effectiveness of critical privacy compliance processes.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Circle’s HR and engineering team to help the company achieve and maintain SOC2 Type II compliance.</li>
<li>Stay up to date on relevant regulations, standards, and best practices, and help adapt Circle’s governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) program accordingly.</li>
<li>Build scalable and effective legal processes and resources, including delivering training, developing guides/playbooks, and creating new templates.</li>
<li>Help Circle take on new challenges and business initiatives in a thoughtful, compliant, and efficient way.</li>

<h2>What you'll need to be successful</h2>
<ul>
<li>At least 4-6 years of relevant legal experience, including time spent in-house at startup or growth-stage company, ideally in the tech/SaaS space.</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and team-player mindset, with a willingness to do the job that needs to be done at any given time and adapt as business priorities change and new challenges emerge.</li>
<li>Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy and accountability.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to explain complex ideas in a succinct and digestible manner.</li>
<li>JD from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.</li>

<p>We’re looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join Circle, where you’ll be part of a small, agile Quality Engineering team that plays a key role in supporting our all of our engineering teams. From the design phase to product release, you’ll be driving quality practices and ensuring that we deliver the best possible product. As someone with strong technical judgment, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a “shift-left” approach to quality, helping to implement high standards and best practices while staying nimble in a fast-paced environment.</p>
<h2>What you'll be doing</h2>

<ul>
<li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, product, engineering) from the start of projects to ensure quality is integrated throughout the process.</li>
<li>Leading quality initiatives and driving test automation practices to ensure robust and scalable solutions.</li>
<li>Developing and maintaining automated tests across web and mobile using tools likes Playwright, Appium, and WebdriverIO with JavaScript/TypeScript.</li>
<li>Working with existing data factories and API’s to utilize data points to create new tests.</li>
<li>Creating new architectural functionality to support automated test creation (example: Stripe, Buy Now Pay Later, ApplePay/GPay, etc.)</li>
<li>Implementing CI changes and debugging failing tests</li>
<li>Identifying and driving improvements to our quality processes, tools, and frameworks.</li>
<li>Participating in code reviews and sharing your expertise to improve team practices around testing and quality.</li>
<li>Help in driving standards and best practices around test automation, quality, and development processes.</li>
<li>Continuously evaluating and exploring innovative testing approaches, including AI-powered testing strategies.</li>
<li>Taking ownership of end-to-end test strategies, from design to execution, in a constantly evolving environment.</li>
<li>Take project requirements and quickly turn those into test cases for traceability of system requirements and aid with test automation.</li>
<li>Perform at a high level for project testing from requirements and design analysis, feature testing, exploratory testing, regression testing and UI/UX.</li>

<h2>What you'll need to be successful</h2>

<li>Strong hands-on experience with <strong>Playwright</strong>, <strong>Cypress</strong>, or <strong>WebdriverIO</strong>.</li>
<li>High proficiency in <strong>JavaScript</strong> and <strong>TypeScript</strong>.</li>
<li>Experience with implementing, maintaining, and debugging CI (We use <strong>BuildKite</strong>)</li>
<li>Proven track record of delivering quality quickly in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.</li>
<li>Strong technical judgment, with a deep understanding of quality best practices, including experience implementing these practices in teams with fast-paced, evolving needs.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to take the lead on quality initiatives, working closely with design, product, and engineering teams to ensure quality is baked in from the start.</li>
<li>Proactive approach to quality with a <strong>“shift-left”</strong> mindset, identifying potential issues early, and solving them before they become problems.</li>
<li>Familiarity or a keen interest in AI-driven testing approaches and emerging technologies in quality engineering.</li>
